Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery; exclusions will apply. A restocking fee of 35% will apply to all eligible returns.
Important Notes:
- Liquidation items are final sale and not eligible for returns.
- For our Ozaki chairs, please contact the manufacturer directly with your invoice and law tag information (attached to your item) to initiate a warranty claim.
- While we help facilitate warranty claims, fulfillment is solely the responsibility of the manufacturer and is subject to their terms.
Mattress Return Policy
- Opened mattresses may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they comply with the requirements. There will be a 35% restocking fee.
- Floor sample sales are final sale
• Unopened mattresses may be returned immediately after delivery. - Mattresses not opened within 90 days of delivery are considered misused and ineligible for return or warranty.
To qualify for return:
- The mattress must be in sanitary, like-new condition, free from stains, rips, or damage.
- It must have been used properly with a suitable base, frame, or foundation.
- Environmental damage (such as mold due to improper setup or use) voids eligibility.
- All returned mattresses are assessed by our Donation Partners, who determine whether the mattress qualifies for donation. Their decision is final.
Bedding & Accessories
- Unopened bedding and accessories (e.g., pillows, sheets) may be returned within 30 nights.
- We cannot accept returns on opened or used bedding/accessory items due to hygiene and usage concerns.
- All returns must be in their original packaging.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled at any time before processing. Once your order has been processed or shipped, it will fall under our standard return policy.
