TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Reset Bedding. This website is provided as a service to our clients. Please
review the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), which govern your use of the Reset Bedding website (the “Site”) and participation in our communications programs
(including SMS/MMS). Your use of this Site constitutes your unconditional agreement to
be bound by these Terms. Reset Bedding is owned by Solla Sleep Solutions, d/b/a
Reset Bedding (“Reset Bedding,” “we,” “our,” “us”). We may update or modify these
Terms at any time. Please review them periodically. 


1) Eligibility & Acceptable Use 
By using the Site, you affirm you are at least 18 years old. If you are 13–17, you may
use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these
Terms. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. 
All registration, checkout, and billing details you provide must be accurate and
complete. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to bypass security, or use
bots/scrapers or other unauthorized tools. All content on the Site (including text, images,
video, designs, software, and trademarks) is for personal, non-commercial use only and
may not be reproduced, sold, modified, or distributed without our prior written
permission. 


2) Third-Party Sites 
Links or references to third-party websites or services are provided for convenience and
do not constitute endorsements. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or
practices.


3) Security 
You agree not to: (a) access data not intended for you; (b) test, scan, or probe the
vulnerability of the Site without authorization; (c) interfere with the Site via viruses,
overloading, or flooding; or (d) use automated means to access or interact with the
Site. We may cooperate with law enforcement regarding suspected violations. 


4) Orders, Availability & Pricing 
We may refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including due to limited
availability, errors in pricing or product information, or fraud screening concerns. If we
cancel after you are charged, we will refund you to your original payment method. We
strive for accuracy but errors may occur; prices on the Site may differ from prices in
stores. 


5) Content Accuracy & Returns 
We work to keep product descriptions, specifications, and other content accurate and
current, but we do not guarantee that all Site content is error-free. If a product you
receive is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition per our
Returns & Cancellations Policy. 


6) Messaging (SMS/MMS) & A2P 10DLC Program 
Program Name: Reset Bedding Alerts 
Program Description: With your consent, we may send you SMS/MMS
messages about orders, delivery updates, customer support, appointment
reminders, and marketing/promotional offers (including discounts and product
launches). 


Opt-In & Consent. By entering your mobile number and (where applicable) checking a box or clicking “Submit,” “Sign Up,” or similar on our Site, in-store, or via a digital form,
you agree to receive recurring SMS/MMS messages from Reset Bedding at the mobile
number provided. Messages may be sent via automatic telephone dialing system
or other automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. 
Message Frequency. Varies; up to several messages per week, including
transactional and/or promotional content. Frequency may vary by activity (e.g., orders,
service appointments). 


Opt-Out. You can stop at any time by replying STOP. You may also use recognized
synonyms: END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. After you send STOP, we
will send a one-time confirmation message and then cease marketing messages to
your number (transactional messages required to complete or service an order may still be sent, where permitted). 

Help. For help, reply HELP or contact us at customerservice@sollasleepsolutions.com or call the number posted on your receipt or order confirmation. 

Carrier & Cost Disclosure. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not
liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your mobile
carrier. 

User Responsibilities. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user
of the mobile number you provide. If your number changes, you agree to notify us and
re-opt-in with your new number. 
Content Restrictions. We do not send SHAFT content (sex, hate, alcohol (to minors),
firearms, or tobacco) and follow industry rules for prohibited content and spam. We
honor carrier and industry code-of-conduct requirements for opt-in, opt-out, content, and throughput. 

Record-keeping. We maintain records of consent (e.g., screenshots, form logs,
timestamps) and your opt-out preferences as required by law and carrier
policies. 

7) Texas Privacy Rights (TDPSA) & U.S. Privacy Notice
(Summary)
If you are a Texas resident, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA)
grants you the right to: access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy (portability) of
certain personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale of personal data, or
profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
You may exercise these rights by emailing privacy@sollasleepsolutions.com (or
using the request form linked in our Privacy Policy). We will respond within 45 days
(with a possible single 45-day extension, where permitted). If we deny your request,
you may appeal using the instructions in our Privacy Policy; if unresolved, you may
contact the Texas Attorney General. 

We describe what data we collect, how we use it (including for messaging), categories
of disclosures, and your choices in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by
reference into these Terms. 

8) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability 
The Site and all content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or
implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reset Bedding disclaims all
warranties and liability arising out of or related to your use of the Site or participation in
our messaging program. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; those
limitations may not apply to you. 

9) Indemnification 
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reset Bedding and its affiliates, officers, and
employees from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your breach of these
Terms or misuse of the Site or messaging program. 

10) Governing Law; Dispute Resolution 
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict-
of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located
in Tarrant County, Texas, unless arbitration is required by a separate agreement
posted on the Site. 

11) Changes to These Terms 
We may revise these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site or participation
in the messaging program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
