We’re committed to ensuring your order is delivered quickly, efficiently, and in perfect condition. Here's what to expect:
 
Small Items (Small Parcel)

If you buy at the store, you will be able to take the small items with you. 
Smaller items bought on the website, such as pillows, sheets, and blankets, are shipped via trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

We currently offer Standard Shipping within the USA, with an estimated delivery time of 5 to 10 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the manufacturer's fulfillment process. If any delays occur, a member of our team will personally reach out to keep you updated.
 
Large Items (Large Parcel)

For larger items like chairs, bases, and mattresses, we offer specialized delivery options:

Within the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, we provide White Glove Delivery through professional furniture delivery partners. Orders are typically delivered within 5 to 10 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery includes setup but does NOT include removal of your existing mattress or furniture.

Outside the Dallas-Fort Worth Area we can ship mattresses and bases outside the DFW area. While delivery is still available, setup will be your responsibility. Setup instructions will be included by the manufacturer to guide you through the process of assembling and setting up. 
 
Delivery Process for Large Items within the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex 

1.    Select Your Delivery Option at checkout.
2.    Your item may ship from our warehouse or directly from the manufacturer. In either case, you'll receive an email notification once your order is in transit.
3.    If you selected our white glove delivery option, your order will be shipped to our warehouse initially. Once we have your item in our warehouse, a team member will contact you to schedule the final delivery day and will provide us with a delivery window of 2 to 4 hours.
4.    On delivery day, you'll receive a text or call with the estimated arrival time. Our delivery partners specialize in residential furniture delivery and setup, but they are not authorized to remove old mattresses.
5.    Once your order is delivered and set up, please sign the delivery paperwork to confirm completion. If there are any concerns with your order, please do not hesitate to contact our sales associates.
